Terms and Conditions h888 – Platform Usage Rules

1 General Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the expressions below have the meanings set out herein:

• "h888" or "Platform" means the website h888.express, its subdomains, mobile applications, and any other digital services operated under the same brand.
• "User" or "you" means any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses h888's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by the User on h888 after completing the registration form and identity verification.
• "Balance" means the amounts in BRL (R$) available in the User's digital wallet within the h888 platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any amount, free spins, or benefit granted by h888 to the User under specific promotional conditions.
• "Rollover" means the wagering requirement the User must fulfill before being able to withdraw funds derived from bonuses.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the User identity verification process, which may include submission of documents such as a national ID, CPF, and proof of address.
• "Pix" refers to the instant payment system operated by the Banco Central do Brasil, used as the primary deposit and withdrawal method on h888.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To create and maintain an active account at h888, the User must meet all of the following requirements simultaneously:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal;
• Not be registered on any voluntary betting exclusion list or subject to a court-ordered ban from participating in gambling;
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of an employee of h888 or any of its partner companies;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and throughout the life of the account.

Registration is completed through the form available at h888.express/register. The User is entirely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The h888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time and to close accounts where the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.

3 Your h888 Account

Each User may hold only a single account at h888. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same CPF, different email addresses, VPNs, or any other method — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and is subject to immediate blocking of all accounts involved, forfeiture of all bonuses, and possible withholding of balances pending investigation.

The User is responsible for:

• Keep your login credentials (email and password) confidential;
• Not to share, sell, or transfer account access to third parties;
• Immediately notify h888 if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us at suporte@h888.express or via live chat;
• Keep your account details up to date, especially your phone number and the Pix key linked to your account.

The h888 is not liable for financial losses resulting from the User's voluntary sharing of their own access credentials.

4 Deposits & Payments

The h888 accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users:

• Pix — primary method, funds available within 1 minute, available 24 hours a day, every day;
• Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo, processed in up to 5 minutes;
• Boleto bancário — settlement within up to 2 business days after payment;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — instant processing;
• Bank transfer (TED) — accepted by major banks including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil, with same business day settlement.

The minimum amount per deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no defined maximum amount; however, deposits above R$ 10,000.00 per transaction may be subject to additional verification in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

All deposits must be made from bank accounts or digital wallets held in the name of the h888 account holder. Deposits originating from third-party accounts will be returned in full to the sender and will not be credited to the User's wallet.

5 Withdrawals & Cashouts

The default withdrawal method at h888 is the Pix, processed within up to 3 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00. No withdrawal fee is charged for Pix withdrawals.

General withdrawal rules:

• Withdrawals are always processed to the same Pix key linked to the User's account at registration. The Pix key must be registered under the name of the h888 account holder;
• For the first withdrawal, full KYC verification is required — the User must submit a photo ID (national ID card or driver's license) and proof of address dated within the last 3 months;
• Withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 may be subject to additional review of up to 24 business hours;
• Balances originating exclusively from bonuses are subject to rollover completion before they can be withdrawn;
• The h888 may, at its discretion, request additional documentation for withdrawals of any amount if unusual account activity patterns are identified.

Denied or under-review withdrawals will be communicated to the User by email and live chat, with the reason and estimated resolution timeframe provided.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

The h888 regularly offers welcome bonuses, weekly promotions, cashback, and free spins. Each promotion has specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are:

• The standard rollover is 30x the bonus amount received, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion;
• The standard rollover completion period is 7 calendar days from the moment the bonus is activated;
• Single Sports Betting wagers with odds below 1.50 do not count toward rollover completion;
• Cancelled, voided, or partially cashed-out bets do not count in full toward the rollover;
• Winnings from free spins are subject to a rollover of 20x, unless otherwise specified;
• The h888 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if abusive, coordinated, or artificial use of promotions is detected;
• Each welcome bonus may be redeemed only once per user and per account. New accounts created to work around this restriction will be blocked.

7 Sports Betting Rules

When placing Sports Betting wagers at h888, the User agrees to the following rules:

• All confirmed bets are final and non-reversible, except where the cash out rule applies for selected markets;
• Bets are accepted only while markets are open. The h888 reserves the right to suspend markets at any time without prior notice;
• Obvious odds errors — such as values clearly outside standard market range — may be voided by h888, with the full amount wagered returned to the User;
• If an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or played at a different venue than originally scheduled, bets on the affected market will be voided and stakes returned;
• Bets placed on events whose outcome is already known at the time of placement will be voided and the balance refunded;
• The h888 monitors betting patterns and reserves the right to limit maximum stakes per event, per market, or per User individually, should behavior consistent with professional arbitrage be identified;
• For live bets, the result displayed on the platform at the time the bet is confirmed takes precedence in the event of a dispute, accounting for normal data transmission latency.

Sport-specific rules — football (including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, and Libertadores), MMA/UFC, volleyball (SuperLiga), and basketball (NBB) — are available on the help page of h888.

8 Casino and Slots Rules

The casino games and slots available on the h888 are provided by licensed third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, and Nolimit City. By playing these titles, the User acknowledges that:

• The results of all casino games are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by independent testing laboratories. The h888 does not interfere with the outcome of any game;
• The RTP (Return to Player) displayed for each slot is the value certified by the game provider and applies across millions of spins — it does not guarantee returns in any individual session;
• The Bonus Buy feature is not available to users with an active bonus balance. Attempting to use Bonus Buy while a bonus balance is active will result in the cancellation of that bonus;
• In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session — including internet outages or server errors — the h888 will restore the session to its state prior to the failure based on internal records. The server-side game history is the official source for resolving disputes;
• The live casino with real-time dealers follows the same privacy and security standards as the rest of the platform. Live table chat is monitored, and any abusive behavior may result in suspension of access to the tables.

9 User Conduct

It is strictly prohibited on h888:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software to place bets or play casino games in a non-human manner;
• Coordinating bets with other users to artificially exploit bonuses (coordinated bonus hunting);
• Using the account for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any other unlawful practice;
• Attempting to breach, compromise, or probe for vulnerabilities in the systems of h888 without express authorization;
• Initiating improper chargebacks on credit card purchases after using the wagered funds;
• Using offensive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward support agents or in the live casino chat;
• Creating fake accounts or submitting altered documents during the KYC verification process.

Violating any of these rules may result in temporary suspension, permanent account closure, and, in serious cases, reporting to the relevant authorities.

10 Limitation of Liability

The h888 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the User themselves;
• Internet or device connectivity failures on the User's end that affect access to or the outcome of bets;
• Temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, security incidents, or failures by third-party infrastructure providers, provided reasonable advance notice has been given;
• Third-party content accessed through links that may be available on the platform;
• Moral or material damages arising from use of the platform in violation of these Terms.

The maximum liability of the h888 toward any User is limited to the total amount deposited by that User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

11 Account Closure

The User may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team of h888, by email at suporte@h888.express or via live chat. When requesting account closure:

• The available real cash balance will be refunded in full via Pix to the registered key, following KYC verification if not yet completed;
• Bonus balances still subject to unmet rollover requirements will be forfeited with no refund;
• Betting and financial transaction history will be retained by h888 for a minimum period of 5 years, as required by regulation.

The h888 may immediately close or suspend an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, proven fraudulent activity, or an order by a competent authority. If an account is suspended on suspicion of fraud, the balance will be held until the internal investigation is concluded, within a maximum period of 30 business days.

12 Changes to the Terms

The h888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via their registered email address at least 7 days before taking effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory order, in which case they may be applied immediately.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before they take effect.

The version currently in effect is always the one published at h888.express/terms-conditions, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document.

13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 — LGPD), and the legislation applicable to the betting and gaming market in Brazil.

For the resolution of disputes between the User and the h888, the courts of the district of São Paulo, SP, are elected as the exclusive jurisdiction for resolving any disputes arising from use of the platform, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged.

Before pursuing legal action, the User agrees to first attempt to resolve the issue through the customer support channel of h888, which has a dedicated team for analyzing and resolving complaints within up to 5 business days.
